Production

In the completely renovated production site, the raw materials are processed into various processed meats using state-of-the-art machines.

Decomposition

Trained specialists cut various cuts of pork – primarily pig heads (whole and half) – both manually and mechanically.

Fine dissection

After cutting, the customer-specific cutting patterns are implemented in the fine cutting department – so that the item arrives as ordered.

Standardization

In the standardization process, the cut meat products are minced on request and/or checked for their fat content in each case. Only then are they further prepared and filled in batches. They are then sent to the blast freezing process or directly to the fresh shipping department.

Deboning

In the deboning department, carefully selected pork is fed into a highly automated process with the utmost precision and state-of-the-art technology to remove the bones in the most efficient way. The result is the coveted product known as machine separated pork (MDM) or machine separated meat (MSM).

Machine processing

During mechanical processing, a wide variety of pork raw materials and pork fat are processed mechanically (grinding, desinewing, veining, etc.).

Sausage production

We have put together a small range of sausage and grilled meat products for our customers from the surrounding area.

We also produce different types of sausage to pre-order for special catering and retail customers.
